I have to get rid of this house right away. It is a large 3 bed/2 bath single family home on a good block and on a large lot. A fourth bedroom can easily be created on the first floor. Almost everything needs updating. With a little landscaping, the back yard can be a special retreat or party zone (already has a brick oven in the back yard).
